How to contribute to the strategy
The National SEC Advisory Groups represent a very important actor in the implementation of the project as long as they support, throughout the project, partner communities for the identification and analysis of the most successful best practices in the field of Energy efficiency and renewable energy sources at local and national level.
They consist of experienced local actors that are actively involved in relevant initiatives in the field of EE/RES and sustainability such local authorities, municipalities and regional governments, together with other key actors such as market actors, ESCOs and utilities, Energy Agencies, research institutes, technicians etc.
Of all the Best Practices collected in the countries involved (for a total of 70), a selection on the 5 most successful ones (SHORTLIST) has been made using criteria of high replicability and adaptation to different environments, providing a practical tool for the communities to gain from other experiences.
